Before You Board
Everything to know before your first session at Platform 87.
Walk-ins are welcome whenever seats are free, and the floor is open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. On Friday and Saturday nights we fill up fast, so we recommend booking a battlestation online or by phone if you want a guaranteed seat.
The open floor is all-ages until 18:00, after which entry is 15+ with adult supervision for under-18s. Tournament nights are 16+ due to late finishes. Bring photo ID for prize-pool events so we can verify entrants.
Every station comes with a 240Hz monitor, mechanical keyboard, low-latency wired mouse and a gaming headset. Your hourly ticket also includes locker access and the bottomless soft-drink station. You can bring your own peripherals and plug straight in if you prefer.
Most bench diagnostics are back in your hands within 72 hours, and full custom builds usually take 2–5 business days depending on parts availability. We'll call you with a written quote before any paid work begins, so there are no surprises at pickup.
Yes — our 20-seat pod is available for private hire with a four-hour minimum. That includes a dedicated VLAN, a host who resets the room between rounds, and catering coordination. Email or call us with your date and headcount and we'll put a hold on the room.
